| 摘 要： | 目的：通过单侧多功能外固定架的力学分析，探讨单侧多功能外固定架在临床上的合理应用。方法：对1994年至2004年10年间，以单侧多功能外固定治疗的200例长管状骨骨折病例进行分析。结果：200例中除了8例术后出现明显位移而改行其它固定术而愈合外，其余均在单侧多功能外固定架固定下复位愈合。结合临床200例病例从单侧多功能外固定架的固定力学、生物力学到具体操作进行探讨。结论：胫骨干骨折是单侧多功能外固定架固定的最佳适应症。

| Abstract: | s Objective:To study the reasonable application of the single multifunctional external bone fixing support (SMEBFS) on the clinical through mechanicl analysis of SMEBFS.Methods:Two hundred curerd patients with long bone fractures which were all fixed by SMEBFS from 1994 year to 2004 year were studied.Results:In 200 patients cured,192 patients's fractures got healed with anatomical or functional reductions;especially 136 patients with tibial fractures got healed with anatomical reductions in 142 tibial fracture ones.Discussion: To discuss the fixing mechanic,biological mechanic and practical operations of SMEBFS through 200 cases.Conclusion:The tibial fractures is the most reasonable indications of applying SMEBFS fixation. |
