| 摘 要： | 心肌动作电位受细胞外的钾离子、钙离子和镁离子梯度影响，其结果可导致轻微变化到明显复极化异常的心电图改变。本文报道1例神经性贪食症及神经性厌食症患者出现复合性重度低电解质血症时的明显心电图改变。

| Abstract: | Cardiac action potential is affected by extracellular gradients in potassium, calcium, and magnesium with resultant electrocardiographic changes varying from subtle findings to marked repolarization abnormalities. This report presents marked electrocardiographic changes resulting from a combination of electrolytes depletion in a patient with bulimia and anorexia nervosa. |
