抗诱变中草药的配伍研究

目的 :选择具有抗诱变作用的中草药进行配伍 ,筛选出抗诱变作用最佳的配伍方案 ,用于肿瘤的预防。方法 :根据诱变剂敏感性与肿瘤易感性的关系的理论 ,通过增强染色体的稳定性来降低肿瘤易感性。采用诱变剂敏感性实验方法 ,用博莱霉素作为诱变剂 ,将不同剂量的具有抗诱变作用的中草药组合成配伍 ,采用L9( 3 4 )正交表进行实验 ,以染色体断裂率为效应指标 ,观察各剂量组合的配伍的抗诱变效果。结果 :经极差分析 ,配伍中各中草药主次因素排列为。最佳配比A1B3 C3 D1。结论 :对诱变剂敏感的人群 ,可用此配伍增加染色体对诱变剂的拮抗作用 ,而增加染色体的稳定性

Formula study of anti-mutagenesis chinese herbal medicine

OBJECTIVE:To choose the Chinese herbal medicine which have the role of anti-mutagesis and to dispense them in order to select the powerest formula of anti-mutagesis effect,which would be applied to carcinoma prevention.METHODS: The carcinoma susceptibility was reduced by reinforce the chromosome stability according to the theory of relation between mutagen sensibility and carcinoma susceptibility. The mutagen-sensibity experiment was adopted in which various dosage component Chinese herbal medicines were dispensed and bleomycin was used as mutagen and the experiment was performed according to L9(3 4) orthogonal table to inspect various dosage component formulas anti-mutagesis effect with the chromosome break rate as effect marker. RESULTS: The sequence from powerful to weak of the component in the formula was Chinese angelica,slenderstyle acanthopanax root-bark, tuckahoe,ginseng and the best matching was A 1B 3C 3D 1 through the range analysis.CONCLUSIONS: The formula can be used to reinforce the stability of chromosome through improving the chromosome resistance to mutagen for high-risk population subgroups.
