| 摘 要： | 该文报告３２例食管、贲门狭窄及其手术吻合口狭窄行内镜引导下气囊扩张术，３０例扩张成功，有１０例病人出现术后狭窄复发，复发率３３．３％，再次扩张仍有效。术后有５例少量渗血。认为气囊扩张对术后吻合口狭窄、贲门失驰缓症疗效较好，且操作简便、安全。

| Abstract: | Balloon dilatation under guidance of endoscopy was applied to treat 32 cases of esophagus or cardia stricture and anastomotic stoma stricture after operation on the diseases. Results showed that the balloon dilatation was successful for 30 cases, and recurrence of stricture after operation was observed in 10 cases with 33.3% of recurrence rate, but re-dilatation was effective few oozing of blood was found in 5 cases. These findings suggest that balloon dilatation is effective, simple, safety for stricture of anastomotic stoma and esophageal achalasia, cardiospasm. |
