穴位埋线结合中药敷脐干预功能性便秘38例疗效观察

目的观察穴位埋线结合中药敷脐干预功能性便秘的近期、远期疗效。方法将75例功能性便秘患者随机分为2组,治疗组38例予穴位埋线及中药敷脐,对照组37例予四磨汤口服液口服治疗,2组均治疗2周。2周后统计治疗前、治疗后及治疗后第3周临床疗效及便秘症状积分情况。结果 2组治疗后、治疗后第3周症状积分与本组治疗前比较均明显下降（P〈0.05）,且组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组治疗后、治疗后第3周总有效率分别为89.47%、92.11%,对照组分别为81.08%、67.57%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组近期、远期疗效均优于对照组。结论穴位埋线结合中药敷脐可明显改善功能性便秘患者临床症状,且近期、远期疗效确切。

Clinical observation of functional constipation treated by point embedding-based intervention

Objective To observe the short-term and long-term effect of functional constipation treated by point embedding-based intervention.Methods 75 cased of functional constipation were randomly divided into two groups.38 cases in treatment group were treated by point embedding combined with umbilicus of traditional Chinese medicine.37 patients in the control group received oral treatment of oral Simotang.2 groups were treated for 2 weeks.Clinical efficacy and constipation symptom score were analyzed before and after treatment and 3 weeks after treatment.Results The constipation symptom score after treatment and 3 weeks after treatment were lower than that before treatment in two groups（P0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.The total effective rate after treatment and two weeks after treatment in treatment group（89.47%,92.11%） were higher than those in control group（81.08%,67.57%,P0.05）.Conclusion The point embedding-based method can significantly improve clinical symptoms in patients with functional constipation,and has definite short-term and long-term curative effect.
