卡介菌多糖核酸联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风疗效观察

目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法 81例患者随机分成2组,试验组41例用卡介菌多糖核酸肌肉注射,同时外涂复方卡力孜然酊;对照组40例单独外涂复方卡力孜然酊,连续3个月为一疗程。结果 2组有效率分别为70.73%、45.00%,差异有统计学意义。结论卡介菌多糖核酸联合复方卡力孜然酊治疗白癜风较单用复方卡力孜然酊疗效好。

Observation the curative effect of BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid and compound kaliziran tincture treatment Vitiligo

Objective To observe the clinical effect of BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid and compound kaliziran tincture treatment Vitiligo.Method Eighty-one vitiligo patients were randomly divided into two groups.Forty-one patients of test group were treated with BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid and compound kaliziran tincture,while forty patients of control group were treated with compound kaliziran tincture singly,all the patients accepted treatment for three months.Results The total effective rate of the test group was 70.73% and the control group was 45%.There were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusions Using BCG polysaccharide and nucleic acid and compound kaliziran tincture to treatment vitiligo was more effective than only used compound kaliziran tincture.
