应用浊毒理论对消渴患者的辨证护理

目的观察应用浊毒理论为指导对消渴患者进行中医辨证护理的临床效果。方法将100例消渴患者随机分为2组,常规护理组50例应用常规护理;中医辨证护理组50例在常规护理组护理基础上应用浊毒理论指导辨证护理。结果中医辨证护理组总有效率96%,常规护理组总有效率78%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,中医辨证护理组临床疗效优于常规护理组。2组护理后空腹血糖（FPG）及餐后2 h血糖（2 h PG）均较本组治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,且中医辨证护理组较常规护理组降低明显（P〈0.05）。结论应用浊毒理论对消渴患者进行辨证护理,能有效改善消渴症状,排除体内浊毒,从而能够平稳控制血糖,有效减少各种并发症的发生。

Differentiation care of diabetic patients based on theory of Zhuodu

Objective To observe the clinical effect of differentiation care of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with diabetes by application theory of Zhuodu as the guide.Methods 100 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into two groups.Control group（n=50） received conventional clinical care.Treatment group（n=50） received combination of conventional clinical care and differentiation care of diabetic patients based on theory of Zhuodu.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（96%） was higher than that in control group（78%,P0.05）.FPG and 2h PG after treatment were decreased as compared with those before treatment in two groups（P0.05）.FPG and 2h PG in treatment group were lower than those in control group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Differentiation care of diabetic patients based on theory of Zhuodu can effectively improve the symptoms of diabetes,rid the body of toxic cloud,allow smooth control of blood sugar,and reduce the incidence of various complications.
