| 摘 要： | 本文报道70例多形性日光疹的临床分析,多形性目光疹是反复发作的慢性光感性皮肤病中的一种独特的疾病。发病与季节有明显关系,病程长,可持续几年甚至几十年。根据其临床形态特征,可分为不同的临床亚型。对氨苯甲酸是治疗该病有效的和较为理想的遮光剂。

| Abstract: | A clinical analysis of 70 cases with polymorphous light eruption is described. Polymorphous light eruption is a kind of special disease among the chronic photosensitive dermatoses with the character of recurrence repeatedly.Its pathogenesis has obviously something to do with the season.The course of disease is long sometimes it can last as long as several years or even several decades.According to its clinical morphology it can be divided into different clinical subtypes.Of the medicines concerned to it PABA is quite effective and is regarded as a comparatively ideal sunscreen. |
