| 摘 要： | [目的]掌握烟台口岸出入境人员中丙型肝炎感染的情况,为制定预防与控制措施提供依据.[方法]用酶免法对出入境人员的血清进行检测,并对检测结果进行流行病学分析.[结果]检出抗-HCV阳性26例,出境人员24名,入境人员2名,抗-HCV阳性检出率为6.28‰,其中船员、劳务、商务人员分别占总阳性数的37.5%、29.17%和16.67%.[结论]防止丙型肝炎在船员、劳务人员中传播必须引起足够的重视.加强实验室检测,及时发现HCV感染者,并防止进一步传播,有利于保护出入境人员身体健康.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo understand hepatitis C infection status among enter-exit personnel at Yantai port.Methods ELISA was ulilized for HCV serological test,and the data were analysed.Results 26 cases were found HCV positive,aceounting for 6.28% of the tolal.of which,24 were exit personnels,and 2 were of entry.Among these study subjects,seaman,labor,business personnel occupied 37.5%,29.17% and 16.67% vespectively.Conclusion Importance should be attached to hepatitis C prevention among seaman,and labor,and laboratory test should be strengthened to identify HCV infection timely. |
