| 摘 要： | 放射免疫治疗是应用肿瘤细胞表面表达的特异性分子的单克隆抗体进行核素靶向治疗的一种新方法。通过改进放射性核素的载体,放射免疫治疗的技术不断发展、成熟,其应用范围不断扩展,在未来的疾病定位诊断及治疗中具有很高的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Radioimmunotherapy is a new method using nuclid targeting therapy, which utilizing monoclonal antibody labeled nuclid bindes to molecule expressing on carcinoma cell specificitilly. With improving in carrier of nuclid, radioimmunotherapy is more and more consummate, it will have higher value in use in diagnosis and therapy of diseases. |
