| Abstract: | On the basis of the solution to the problems of ambiguous responsibility of administrative posts in the hospital,this paper adopts action learning to combine professional management theory with hospital management practice. The establishment of management supervision group and action learning group sheds lights on the means of the cultivation of management talents in hospital. |
