普洱茶抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

普洱茶是后发酵茶,富含有茶多酚、茶色素、茶多糖、茶氨酸以及咖啡因等多种活性成分,具有减肥、降脂、抗肿瘤等作用。普洱茶在体内外均具有抗肿瘤作用,与其他药物联合也具有辅助抗肿瘤的作用,且能提高机体免疫力。该文通过分析普洱茶中不同活性成分的抗肿瘤作用及机制,推断其抗肿瘤作用的物质基础及其可能的机制,为其抗肿瘤作用的进一步研究提供科学依据。

Research Progress in Anti-tumor Effects of Pu-erh Tea

Pu-erh tea is fermented tea and includes many active ingredients such as tea polyphenols,tea pigment,tea polysaccharide,theanine and caffeine,with a wide range of pharmacological effects.Pu-erh tea was reported to show various biological activeties,such as anti-obesity,hypolipidemic and anti-tumor.Pu-erh tea possesses anti-tumor effect both in vitro and in vivo,and can be an adjuvant agent with other anti-tumor drugs,which can also improve immunity.Based on the present reports on anti-tumor effect and mechanism of Pu-erh tea and its active ingredients,the progress on anti-tumor effect of Pu-erh tea was reviewed,discussing the substance basis of anti-tumor effect as well as the possible mechanism accordingly,aiming to provide the scientific basis for further application of Pu-erh in the tumor treatment.
