临床护理路径在腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝围手术期的应用

目的：探讨临床护理路径在腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝围手术期的应用效果。方法：选取我院小儿外科的腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝手术患儿110例,随机分成两组,实验组参照制订好的临床护理路径表进行护理,对照组采用常规护理。结果：实验组的平均住院日,平均住院费用和术后并发症较对照组显著降低（P〈0.05）。患儿护理满意度和对健康知识的掌握情况均较对照组提高。（P〈0.05）。结论：临床护理路径应用于腹腔镜小儿腹股沟斜疝围手术期护理中,体现循证护理的理念,缩短住院日,降低住院费用和术后并发症,减轻患儿恐惧心理,优化护理流程,提高健康教育质量、住院满意度和工作效率,促进医疗团队的合作,构建和谐医患关系和保证护理质量。

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Laporoscopic Treatment of Children's Indirect Hernia

Objective： To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway on laporoscopic treatment of children＇ s indirect hernia. Method ： 110 children with indirect hernia performed lapoaroscopic surgery were studied. All children were assigned randomly to receive nursing based on clinical nursing pathway （ experiment group, n = ） or receive routine nursing only （ control group, n = ）. Result： The average hospital stay, the average hospitalization expenditure, and postoperative complications were decreased significantly in experiment group compared with control group （ P 〈 0.051 ） The degree of satisfaction and related health knowledge of guardians were increased significantly in experiment group compared with control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The application of clinical nursing pathway in laporoscopic treatment of children＇ s indirect hernia can manifest evidence -based nursing idea, shorten hospital stay, the average hospitalization expenditure, postoperative complications,alleviate children＇s dread mood, optimize nursing process, increase health education quality, satisfication degree and nursing efficiency, promote cooperation of medical team , construct harmonious doctor - patient ＇ s relationship and ensure nursing quality.
