摘    要:目的采用HPLC法测定盐酸布替萘芬凝胶剂的含量。方法采用WatersSymmetryC18(3.9mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-醋酸钠缓冲液(73∶27)为流动相,流速为1.0ml·min-1,检测波长为282nm,柱温为35℃。结果盐酸布替萘芬在5.194~519.4μg·ml-1范围内,线性关系良好;最低检出限0.39ng;平均回收率为99.72%,RSD=0.52%(n=6)。结论该方法结果准确,精密度和重现性好,可用于盐酸布替萘芬凝胶剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective Butenafine hydrochloride Gel was determined by HPLC.Methods Waters Symmetry-C_18 (3.9mm×150mm,5μm)column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-sodium acetate buffer(73∶27).The flow rate was 1.0ml·min -1 .The detective wavelength was 282nm.The temperature of column was 35℃.Results There was a good linear relationship within the range of 5.194~519.4μg·ml -1 .The detection limit was 0.39 ng.The average recovery and relative standard deviation of the method were 99.72% and 0.52%(n=6)respectively.Conclusion The method is accurate,precise and reproducible for the quality control of Butenafine hydrochloride Gel.
