| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PTEN、幽门螺杆菌在不同病理类型胃息肉中的表达情况,并分析二者的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法对20例正常胃黏膜、20例非肿瘤性胃息肉、20例肿瘤性胃息肉标本进行检测,幽门螺杆菌采用快速尿素酶法检测。结果 PTEN蛋白在正常胃黏膜、非肿瘤性胃息肉、肿瘤性胃息肉中的表达率分别为85.00%、80.00%、55.00%,三组表达率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);幽门螺杆菌的阳性表达率分别为45.00%、65.00%、40.00%,差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析表面,在胃息肉中PTEN蛋白和幽门螺杆菌的一致程度不够理想(Kappa<0.40)。结论 PTEN蛋白阳性表达率在肿瘤性息肉中最低而在正常胃黏膜中表达最高,PTEN蛋白的缺失或突变可能促进肿瘤性胃息肉的形成,有望作为判断胃息肉生物学行为的有用指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the expression of PTEN and Hp in different pathological types of gastric polyps.Methods The S-P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of PTEN gene in normal gastric mucosa and different pathological types of gastric polyps.Hp was examined by rapid urea enzyme assay.Result In normal gastric mucosa,non-tumorous gastric polyps and tumorous gastric polyps,the expression rates of PTEN were 85.00%,80.00%,55.00%,respectively.The rates of Hp infection were 45.00%,40.00%,and 65.00%,respectively.There was no correlation between PTEN expression and Hp in normal gastric mucosa or different pathological types of gastric polyps(P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of PTEN and Hp infection might play certain roles in the pathogenesis and progression of gastric polyp,not statistically significant though. |
