二硫化碳视网膜病变的防治研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨视网膜电图 (ERG)对二硫化碳 (CS2 )毒性视网膜病变早期诊断的意义 ,观察复方山楂饮对CS2 中毒兔视网膜病变的防治作用。方法 :对某化纤厂不同程度接触CS2 者 113人 2 2 6眼进行了视功能和ERG检测 ,根据空气中CS2 含量将他们分为ABC三组 ,与非接触组 (D组 )进行比较。依据临床检测结果制备复方山楂饮药物对CS2 染毒兔进行动物实验性防治研究 ,并与口服生理盐水组染毒兔进行对照。ERG检测按国际标准化提议进行。结果 :①接触CS2 不同浓度组之间视力状况与对照组相比无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;②接触不同浓度CS2 各组视野缩小情况与对照组相比有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;③接触中、低浓度组ERGb波下降患病率明显高于非接触组(P <0 0 1,P <0 0 1) ;④接触CS2 各组ERGa波幅与非接触组相比明显下降P <0 0 5~ 0 0 1) ;5 接触CS2 各组ERGb波幅明显低于非接触组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 5 ) ,而高浓度组与非接触组相比无明显差异 ;6接触CS2 中低浓度组ERG异常患病率明显高于非接触组 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 1)。动物实验结果发现①服用复方山楂饮组兔实验后 1,2 ,3周所测ERGa波幅均值与实验前相比无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,对照组实验后各周所测ERGa波幅与实验前相比明显下降 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1,

Abstract:Objective: To investigated the diagnostic value of ERG on CS 2 toxic retinopathy in human and observe the prophylactic effect of Cartaegus mixture on CS 2 toxic retinopathy in rabbits.Methods: 226 eyes of 113 cases from a viscose rayon industry had a complete eye examination during 1991~1992 including visual acuity,perimetry and electroretinography (ERG) and according to this findings,an experimental study on the protective effect of cartaegus mixture against CS 2 toxic retinal damage was performed in rabbits exposed to CS 2 gas.The ERG test was carried out following international standard proposal.Results: 1.The visual acuity decreasing rates were not statistically different among all groups exposed to CS 2 and unexposed group( P >0.05).2.Constriction of the visual field occurred in 36.73% in the different degree exposed workers,it is markedly higher than that in unexposed group(15.27%, P <0.05).3.Abnormal ERG were presented in 28.57% and 38.18% in constantly exposed workers,but 11.43% in unexposed group( P <0.05~0.001),the mean amplitude value of ERG a wave was lower only in the group exposed continuously to CS 2 than that in unexposed group( P<0.05,P <0.05),but not in workers with a short duration of exposure.5. The incidence of abnormal ERG in middle or lower concentrition exposure workers was higher than that of unexposed workers.It was found that ERG a ?b wave amplitudes were markedly lower than that before experiment as exposure time prolonging( P<0.05,P<0.01,P <0.01).Conclusion: 1.Exposing to CS 2 for a duration can induce ocular biological toxicity and functional?pathological damage,ERG a?b waves alteration and constriction of perimetry.2. These results seem to indicate that ERG a?b waves changes occurred earlier than other ocular changes,3.Cartaegus mixture has a prophylactic and protective effect against CS 2 toxic retinopathy by inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
