急性胰腺炎的危险因素分析

目的分析长治地区急性胰腺炎病因，提供流行病学资料，指导急性胰腺炎的防治。方法回顾性分析我院2000年1月至2007年10月内科及普通外科收住的144例急性胰腺炎患者，对其发病因素进行分析。结果急性胰腺炎男女比例为1．48：1；多发生于30～60岁。其中胆道疾病39例，占27，08％；饮食因素48例，占33．33％；原因不明的其他因素25例．占17．36％；酗酒因素15例，占10．42％；高脂血症因素11例，占7．64％；外伤因素6例，占4．17％；单一因素不占绝对地位。结论急性胰腺炎的病因复杂，且互为因果。饮食及胆道系统疾病为急性胰腺炎的主要病因，原因不明引起的急性胰腺炎发病率高。提倡一个综合的预防措施是必要的。
