| 摘 要： | 目的 :为规范我国执业药师的咨询服务提供参考。方法 :从《消费者权益保护法》的角度分析了用药咨询服务法律关系中 ,执业药师与服务对象各自的属性、权利与义务 ,以及交易中的公平原则和诚实信用原则。结果与结论 :在新的药学服务领域中 ,零售药店的执业药师应以公众的健康为工作中心 ,依法实施咨询服务 ,以促进社会卫生事业的发展
