| 摘 要： | 目的:观察氯胺酮对腹腔镜手术硬膜外麻醉效果的影响。方法:40例腹腔镜手术用氯胺酮复合硬膜外麻醉,同期40例腹腔镜手术用单纯硬膜外麻醉,观察2组麻醉效果及呼吸循环系统的变化。结果:氯胺酮组术中麻醉效果明显好于对照组(P<0.05),且血流动力学稳定。结论:氯胺酮可弥补硬膜外麻醉在腹腔镜手术中的不足,临床应用安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effective of ketamine on laparoscopy under continuous epidural anesthesia. Methods: In this study, 40 cases of laparoscopy were undergone under epidural anesthesia, and other 40 cases of laparoscopy were undergone under epidural anesthesia combined with ketainine. The effect of anesthesia and the changes of circulation dynamics, respiratory were observed. Results: The anesthesia effect of ketamine group was better than that of epidural anesthesia group. And the dynamics of ketamine group was more stable than that of epidural anesthesia group. Conclusion: Ketamine an make up the defection of epidural anesthesia in laparoscopy. It can be used safely and effectively in clinical cases. |
