| 摘 要： | 目的：分析上消化道异物的临床特点及内镜下治疗方法。方法：对78例上消化道异物患者的病例资料作回顾性分析。结果：78例病例中，内镜下成功取出72例（92．3％），其中39例食管异物成功取出34例（94．2％），26例胃内异物成功取出25例（96．1％），13例十二指肠异物全部取出（ioo％）。结论：内镜下上消化道异物取出术是安全有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the features and endoscopic treatment of ingested foreign bodies.Methods:The data of 78 patients with foreign bodies was retrospectively analysed.Results:The success rate of endoscopic removal was 92.3%,The foreign bodies impacted in the esophagus,stomach and duodenum were removed successfully 94.2%,96.1%,100%.Conclusions:Endoscopic removal of foreign bodies of upper gastrointestinal tract is safe and effective treatment. |
