| 摘 要： | 目的探讨昂丹司琼联合甲氧氯普胺预防食管癌术后恶心呕吐（postoperative nausea and vomiting，PONV）的疗效。方法选择64例食管癌术后恶心呕吐患者，随机分成两组，A组应用甲氧氯普胺，B组在使用甲氧氯普胺的基础上加用昂丹司琼。结果两组效果B组优于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论昂丹司琼联合甲氧氯普胺对食管癌术后恶心呕吐的预防作用优于单用甲氧路普安。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Ondansetro and Metoclopramide on postoperative nausea and vomiting （PONV） in patients with Esophageal cancer. Methods 64 patients scheduled for selective Esophageal cancer surgery, were randomly divided into tow groups, Metoclopramide group （ A, n = 32）, Ondansetro and Metoclopramide group （ B, n = 32）. Results There were significant differences among tow groups in postoperative nausea and vomiting, group B was superior to group A. Conclusion Ondansetro or Metoclopramide can decrease the rate of the PONV in patients of Esophageal cancer, the effect of Ondansetro and Metoclopramide was superior to Ondansetron in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting. |
