| 摘 要： | 目的探讨帕夫林治疗轻型复发性口疮的临床效果和药效机理。方法183例轻型复发性口疮患者分为两组，分别口服帕夫林胶囊、多抗甲素片治疗，观察其治疗效果，并于治疗前、后采用流式细胞术检测患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群。结果帕夫林治疗组总有效率达80．43％，治疗后CD3＇、CD4＇ CO4/CO8升高，CDg降低，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义；帕夫林疗效优于多抗甲素。结论采用帕夫林胶囊治疗轻型复发性口疮效果肯定，其机理可能为提高了患者的细胞免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of total glucosides of paeony capsules on treatment of mild type recurrent aphtha ulceration(RAU).Methods 183 patients were divided into 2 groups and treated by total glucosides of paeony capsules or polyactin A respectively and the clinical effect was observed.The ratio of T lymphocyte subgroups was examined with flow cytometry.Results In the total glucosides of paeony capsules treated group,the effect rate was 80.43% and the ratio of patients' CD_3,CD_4,CD_4/CD_8 increased while the ratio of CD_8 decreased remarkably.Conclusion The total glucosides of paeony capsules is effective for mild type RAU through regulating the patient's cell immunity function. |
