| Abstract: | We report a case of bilateral pleomorphic adenoma of the anterior two-thirds of the tongue in a 38-year-old man. Both tumors were excised via a transoral route. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first reported case of a bilateral pleomorphic adenoma of the anterior tongue. |
