WAYWIN-2000型灭菌器对内窥镜灭菌效果的评价

t目的：探讨连台手术内窥镜器械最佳的灭菌方法。方法：选取妇科择期内窥镜手术从2007年1月至2008年6月共200例，随机分2组，研究组100例采用WAYWIN-2000型灭菌器灭菌，对照组1130例采用2％戊二醛溶液浸泡，统计分析两组灭菌效果及术后感染率。结果：①灭菌器对内窥镜灭菌合格率达100％，2％戊二醛溶液浸泡对内窥镜灭菌率达95％，两种对比P〉0．05。②研究组术后感染率迭0％，对照组术后感染率达3％。两组对比值P〉0．05。结论：WAYWIN-2000型灭菌器是连台手术内窥镜器械灭菌比较理想的灭菌器。

The Value of Sterilization Effect of Sterilizing Endoscopic Instrument by WAYWIN-2000 Sterilization Instrument

Objective ：To discuss the better way of sterilize endoscopic instrument in continuous operations. Method：200 endoscopic operations from January in 2007 to June in 2008 were selected by random sampling and divided into two groups. 100 cases used WAYWIN -2000 sterilization instrument to sterilize were classified as study group. Another 100 cases dipped in 2% glutaraldehyde were chosen as comparison group. We analyzed the sterilization effect and the postoperative irffecdon rate to get the results. Result： ①The qualified rate of sterilization effect by WAYWIN -2000 sterilization instrument is 100%, and dipped 2% glutaraldehyde is 95%. （ P 〉 0.05 ） ②The postoperative infection rate of the study group is 0, and the comparison group is 3%. （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Using WAYWIN - 2000 sterilization instrument is the better way to sterilize endoscopic instrument in continuous operations.
