在手足口疫病防治中外援医疗队护理组的工作方法与体会

目的探讨手足口疫病外援医疗队护理组的工作方法。方法迅速组成医疗队护理组，确定外援护理组工作职责。严密实施消毒隔离工作，加强对手足口疫病的疾病认知及急救技能培训。同时加强信息沟通与反馈，抓好安全管理，实施健康教育。结果共同参与救治患儿351例，其中危重患儿22例，无死亡病例，未发生与护理相关的并发症。为当地护理人员进行急救技术培训5次，床边示范指导11次。结论外援医疗队护理组对疫区支援帮带，对提高护理质量及救治成功率有积极作用。

Functions of the nursing group in the supporting medical team in the prevention and treatment of epidemic hand - foot - mouth disease

Objectives To discuss the functions of the nursing group in the supporting medical team in the treatment of epidemic hand - foot - mouth disease. Methods To retrospectively conclude the work of the nursing group in the supporting medical team. Under the direction of the nursing department,an experienced nursing group was organized and the working duties were identified rapidly. Their duties included implementing strict disinfection and isolation measures, strengthening disease -related knowledge and first -aid skills training, enforcing information communication and feedback, focusing on security management and health education. Results The nursing group participated in the treatment for 351 children patients including 22 severe patients. No patients died and no complications due to nursing occurred. At the same time, the nursing group provided 5 times of first - aid skills training and one time of bed - side guidance for the local nursing staff. Conclusions The nursing group in the supporting medical team plays an important role in the improvement of local medical and nursing level in the epidemic areas,as well as the improvement of nursing quality and success rate of treatment for hand- foot- mouth disease.
