COA: 中国交通创伤救治现状与目前的工作

At present in China, the undesigned ambulance route, unstandardised rescue procedure, wanting of information exchanging between prehospital and inhospital rescue, short of well skilled providers and lack of trauma response and evaluation system, put the trauma rescue system at stake. To change this situation, we put our concern on finding and solving the problems in the trauma rescue now and build up a standard system suitable for China based on city scale.This project will focus on 6 different scaled cities, Bei Jing, Chong Qing, Da Lian, Tang Shan, Liu Zhou and Tian Jin Bin Hai new area. The “Trauma Life Supporting Expert Committee” in state wide will be constructed to finish 4 subunits which are: 1.) create severe trauma information platform, 2.) provide standardized training for prehospital and inhospital providers and 3.) focus on research and implement of the trauma integrated emergency response system and 4.) to create a treatment evaluation system. Furthermore, several relevant guidelines for the trauma life supporting will be edited. We aim to provide 30 trauma rescue training courses within 3 years for 1000 prehospital providers and 2000 inhospital providers, and to improve 50 medical institutes on emergency treatment. In these 6 test cities, our targets are that to shorten rescue time and decrease the disability and death rate.
