半导体激光联合腰椎按摩术治疗慢性腰痛的临床分析

目的 探讨半导体激光照射联合按摩术治疗慢性腰痛的临床疗效.方法 60例慢性腰痛患者随机分为A组和B组各30例,A组采用半导体激光结合按摩术,B组只行按摩术.治疗前后采用JOA下腰痛评估表评价患者的腰椎功能状况和临床疗效.结果 治疗前2组患者JOA下背痛评分差异无统计学意义;治疗20d后2组JOA评分与治疗前比较均有提高（P＜0.01） A组明显高于B组（P﹤0.05）;临床疗效比较,A组有效率及愈显率均明显高于B组（P＜0.05,P＜0.01）.结论 半导体激光照射联合按摩术治疗慢性腰痛具有显著的临床疗效.

Clinical analysis on laser diode radiation with massage in the treatment of chronic low back pain

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laser diode radiation with massage in the treatment of chronic low back pain （CLBP）. Methods A total of 60 patients with CLBP were randomized into 2 groups, group A （n=30） who underwent laser diode radiation with massage, and group B （n=30） merely performed with massage. Before and after the treatment, lumbar spine function and clinical efficacy were assessed by low back pain evaluation form according to the JOA scale. Results Before the treatment, no significant difference was found between the 2 groups with respect to their JOA scores for their back pain. 20 days after the treatment, both groups reported higher JOA scores than those before the treatment （P〈0.01）, and group A gained significantly higher score than group B （P〈0.05）. Of the clinical efficacy, group A reported obviously higher effective rate and cure rate than group B （P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusions The laser diode radiation with massage in the treatment of chronic low back pain has significant clinical efficacy.
