缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗糖尿病合并高血压疗效观察

目的观察缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗糖尿病合并高血压的降压疗效及肾脏保护作用。方法108例糖尿病合并高血压患者随机分成观察组（55例）与对照组（53例）。对照组口服缬沙坦80-160mg／d，观察组口服缬沙坦80mg／d及苯磺酸氨氯地平5～10mg／d。两组均治疗12周。治疗前、后分别测量静息状态下的血压、尿白蛋白的排泄率（UAEa）、空腹血糖和血肌酐。结果观察组降压疗效及UAER明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗糖尿病合并高血压安全有效，且有明显的肾脏保护作用。

The effects of combined valsartan with amlodipine besylate in patients with diabetes and hypertension

Objective To observe the effect of decompression and kidney protection of combined valsartan with amlodipine besylate in patients with diabetes and hypertension. Methods Patients with diabetes and hypertension were divided into two groups randomly,one group was controlled group（n=55 ） and another was observed one （n=53）. Patients in controlled group were treated with valsartan （80-160 mg/d）ouly, but that in observed group were treated with valsartan（80 rag/d） and amlodipine besylate（5-10 mg/d）. Blood pressure, urinary albumin excretion rate（UAER）,fasting blood glucose（FBG）, serum creatinine（SCR） in two group were measured, and 12 weeks later those targets were measured again. Results The effects of decompression and the level of UAER in observed groups were superior than that in controlled one （P〈0.05）. Condusion Valsartan combined amlodipine besylate were safe and effective to patients with diabetes and hypertension, and it also could protect patients kidney.
