适应锻炼提高机体缺氧耐力的研究

摘    要:本文对低氧适应锻炼方案进行了初步设计,并观察该方案在提高机体缺氧耐力方面的作用。锻炼组55人在海拔2800m高度上进行长跑锻炼,每天2.5h,持续17天。之后,该适应锻炼组与在此同一高度上不进行锻炼的单纯适应组56人同时到达海拔4900m高度,进行急性高山反应症状学调查和血气分析,脑血流和心血管功能检查。结果表明,适应锻炼组中没有发生急性高山反应和轻度反应的分别为64.6和32.5%;单纯适应组分别为27.4和48.8%,而且该组出现了中度和重度反应者(P<0.05)。同时,适应锻炼组的生理功能也有所改善。可见,本文所设计的适应锻炼方案,在提高机体对缺氧的耐力和预防急性高山反应方面,效果明显。

Abstract:Fifty-five subjects were physically trained in long distance run 2. 5 h/day for seventeen days at altitude of 2800 m in Germu. Then, the trainedgroup and untrained group (n = 56) from the same altitude were exposed toaltitude of 4900 m in Kunlun mountain. The presence of symptoms relatedto acute mountain sickness (AMS) was ascertained by questionnaires; andblood gases analysis, cerebral blood flow, cardio-vascular function weremeasured simultaneously. The results showed that the incidence of mildAMS in trained and untrained group were 32.5% and 48.8% respectively.Moreover, a few men suffered from moderate and severe AMS in the lat-ter group (P<0.05). The changes of above mentioned physiological func-tions of the trained group were obviously less, so, this program is moreavailable for increasing endurance of body to hypoxia and preventingAMS.
