尿路感染病原菌分布及耐药性检测

摘    要:目的 探讨尿路感染病原菌的分布及耐药性特征,为临床合理选用抗生素、控制医院感染提供依据。方法 收集我院尿路感染患者标本中分离的151株病原菌进行鉴定,同时对G^-杆菌进行ESBLs的检测,肠球菌属进行氨基糖昔类高水平耐药(HLAR)的筛选。结果 尿路感染病原菌分布占前几位的细菌为大肠埃希菌53.64%、肠球菌属9.27%、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌7.95%、假单胞菌5.96%;产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的检出率为13.58%,产ESBLs肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率为16.67%,HLAR肠球菌属检出率为57.14%。结论 重视尿路感染病原菌耐药性检测,对控制医院感染、合理使用抗生素十分重要。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determine distribution of pathogens and resistance characteristic and to provide basis for clinicians to select antibiotics correctly and control nosocomial infection. METHODS A total of 151 strains of pathogens were identified. ESBLs-producing G - bacteria were detected and high-level aminoglycoside resistance in Enterococcus(HLAR) were screened. RESULTS Among 151 strains, 53.64% Escherichia coli, 9.27% Enterococcus, 7.95% coagulase negative Staphylococcus and 5.96% Pseudomonas were detected. 13.58% E.coli and 16.67% Klebsiella pneumoniae produced ESBLs. HLAR-producing Enterococcus was 57.14%. CONCLUSIONS Much attention should be paid to resistance detection in urinary infection. It is important to control nosocomial infection and select antibiotics correctly.
