氦—氖激光及旋磁治疗前列腺增生症66例

探讨治疗前列腺增生症的较好方法。方法采用氦—氖激光及旋磁进行穴垃照射及局部治疗66例与药物治疗65例，随机分组进行对比观察。结果氦—氖激光及旋磁组疗效优于药物组（P＜0.01）。结论氦—氖激光及旋磁确能更好地使前列腺增生症临床症状明显改善。其特点：见效快，疗效高，安全无痛苦。
