| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颈内动脉眼动脉段大型动脉瘤的栓塞治疗。方法：采用电解可脱式弹簧圈（GDC）栓塞治疗3例，支架植入联合GDC栓塞5例。结果：GDC栓塞治疗3例获得致密栓塞1例、大部栓塞2例；支架植入联合GDC栓塞治疗5例获得致密栓塞4例、大部栓塞1例。结论：采用支架植入联合GDC栓塞治疗为提高大型眼动脉动脉瘤的致密栓塞率及保留载瘤动脉提供了新的手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the endovascular embolization treatment of large and giant ophthalmic aneurysms. Methods Three aneurysms were embolized with coils only and 5 aneurysms were treated with stent placement togather with subsequent coiling. Results In the 3 aneurysms treated only with GDC, total embolization was achieved in 1 and partial embolization in 2. In the stent placement and coiling case, 4 aneurysms were densely packed and another one was partially packed. Conclusions Combined stenting and coiling is effective and safe for the treatment of large and giant ophthalmic artery aneurysm with the preservation of parent artery. |
