普伐他汀治疗肾病型高脂血症的疗效分析

目的 观察普伐他汀对原发性慢性肾小球肾炎肾病型高脂血症的疗效。方法 随机将68例肾病型高脂血症患者分为进行常规治疗对照组和除常规治疗外还给予普伐他汀的治疗组,分析治疗前后血脂谱情况。结果 治疗组显效25例,有效9例,总有效率为100.00%,对照组显效4例,有效11例,总有效率为44.12%,有显著性差异(x2=17.3840,P<0.01);治疗后除高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)外,2组其余指标均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后胆固醇(TC),低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较治疗前有显著降低(P<0.05),内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 普伐他汀能降低原发性慢性肾小球肾炎肾病型高脂血症血脂水平。

Analysis of Efficacy of Pravastatin on Primary Chronic Glomerulonephritis Nephropathy with hyperlipidemia

Objective To analyse the effect of pravastatin on primary chronic glomerulaonephritisnephropathy with hyperlipidemia. Methods 68 nephrotic hyperlipemia patients were randomly dividedinto treatment group and control group. The patients were given pravastatin in treatment group besidesroutine treatment, and to analyse the blood lipid spectrum before and after treatment. Result In thetreatment and control group, 25 and 4 cases were significantly effective, 9 and 11 cases were effective,the total effective ratio was 100% and 44.12% respectively. Compared with the two groups, there weresignificant differences (x2=17.3840, P<0.01). After treatment, the level of TC, TG, LDL-C, apoA, apoB,urine protein, Cr, Ccr in blood had significant difference between treatment group and control group (P<0.05). There were also had significant differences before and after treatment in treatment group itself(P<0.05). Conclusion Pravastatin can significantly decrease the hyperlipidemia level of chronicglomerulonephritis nephropathy.
