颈部神经鞘瘤的CT表现(附22例病例分析)

目的:分析颈部神经鞘瘤的CT表现,提高诊断水平。方法:经手术病理证实的颈部神经鞘瘤22例。结果:22例颈部神经鞘瘤病人中,13例位于颈动脉间隙,6例位于胸锁乳突肌下方,2例位于颈静脉孔区,1例位于梨状窝,CT平扫可显示病变的大小、位置、形态及其与周围组织的关系,增强扫描病变区呈无强化、中等程度增强化到明显强化。结论:CT检查对颈部神经鞘瘤定位准确,对定性诊断具有重要价值。

CT appearances of the cervical neurilemmoma(analysis of 22 cases)

Objective To analyse the appearances of the cervical neurilemmoma on CT and improve the diagnostic level. Method All 22 patients with the cervical neurilemmoma were confirmed by pathology and surgery. Results Among all the cases ,13 cases were in the carotid space,6 under the sternocleidomastoid muscle, 2 in the jugular foramen area and 1 in the piriform recess. The CT plain scan can demonstrate the lesion position ,the size ,the shape and the relation with the peripheral tissue .The CT enhanced scan can display the different enhancement of the lesions region. Conclusion The CT scan can accurately localize the cervical neurilemmoma and play a very important role in the characteristic diagnosis.
