| 摘 要： | 目的探讨异位肾的外科手术治疗策略,并评价其临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2000年1月～2009年10月间35例异位肾患者的临床资料,术前经B超、静脉尿路造影、膀胱镜、CT、MRU和放射性核素等检查明确诊断。其中异位肾合并同侧输尿管异位开口26例(重复肾重复输尿管畸形3例),异位肾合并中度或重度积水9例(异位肾结石3例),大部分患者均有不同程度的肾脏发育不良(24/35)。所有患者均采用手术治疗,行异位肾切除术25例,异位肾输尿管膀胱再植术7例,异位肾肾盂切开取石术3例。结果术后随访7～29月,35例患者均取得满意疗效。结论根据异位肾合并的畸形及并发症采取相应的外科手术治疗策略,可以获得良好的临床效果。
