剖宫产术后晚期产后出血临床分析

目的:探讨剖宫产术后晚期产后出血发生的时间,病因及防治措施。方法:对2002年3月至2007年3月32例剖宫产术后晚期产后出血的病例进行回顾性分析。结果:发病原因依次为子宫切口感染、裂开愈合不良,子宫复旧不良,胎盘蜕膜残留,子宫内膜炎。发生时间以剖宫产术后2周以上占多数81.2%,部分病例21.9%在6周以上。结论:剖宫产手术后晚期产后出血的主要原因是子宫切口感染、裂开愈合不良,出血时间不仅仅局限在产褥期内。针对出血原因进行防治非常重要。

Late Postpartum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section

Objective:To investigate the occuring time,pathogenesis,prevention and management of late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Method: Clinical datas of 32 cases of late postpartum hemorrhage from Mar.2002 to Mar.2007 were analyzed retrospectively.Result: The cases were infection,ulser of cesarean incision,subinvolution of uteres,retained placenta or decidua and endometritis in turn.most cases(81.2%) had hemorrhage over two weeks after delivey,some even over six weeks(21.9%).Conclusion: Late postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section may occur beyond puerperium and the main causes are infection and ulcer of incision.It's important to treat accordingly.
