咳嗽变异性哮喘56例临床分析

目的:探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床特征及治疗效果,提高对该病的认识。方法:通过临床观察,实验室检查,逐项分析确诊者均给予糖皮质激素及支气管解痉剂等治疗。结果:56例中50例治愈,4例有效,2例发展成支气管哮喘。结论:对长期慢性咳嗽患者,应仔细询问病史,及时做相关检查,尽可能早期诊断,并给予适当治疗,以免发展成典型哮喘。

The clinical analysis of 56 Cases cough Variant asthma

Objective:Discuss the clinical features and therapeutic efficacy of cough variant asthma to improve the comprehension of the disease.Method:With the clinical observation and laboratory examinations make a definite diagnosis,then treat the patients with glucocorticoid and bronchus spasmolysant.Result:Of all the 56 patients,50 patients were cured,4 got the utility and 2 persons turned to bronchus asthma.Conclusion:With the intimate case history and laboratory examinations,get the final diagnosis and treat the patients as early as possible.It is important for striving for the ideal efficacy and preventing chronic cough from developing to asthma.
