透明质酸钠应用于输卵管妊娠保守性手术30例临床观察

目的:拟进行输卵管妊娠保守性手术治疗的研究,旨在保留输卵管的功能。方法:对30例有生育要求的异位妊娠妇女,针对妊娠部位和妊娠结局,包括流产型、破裂型、未破裂型等采取相应的保守性手术,术中使用透明质酸钠防粘连阻隔剂,术后行输卵管通液。结果:手术后血hCG降至正常,平均时间16.5d,输卵管畅通率达96.4%。结论:透明质酸钠防粘连阻隔剂应用输卵管妊娠保守性手术疗效确定,有实际意义,适用于有生育要求的患者。
