摘    要:目的 建立鸡蛋中13种喹诺酮类抗生素的QuEChERS净化-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱快速测定方法。方法 样品经乙腈提取离心后,QuEChERS净化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定。结果 13种喹诺酮类抗生素在测定范围内相关系数均>0.993,加标回收率为68.1% ~ 104.8%,精密度为7.3% ~ 12.8%,检出限均为1.0 μg/kg,定量限为3.0 μg/kg。结论 该方法简便、灵敏、准确,适用于鸡蛋中喹诺酮类抗生素快速检测。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for analysis of 13 quinolones antibiotics in eggs by QuEChERS purification and ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). Methods The target biotics in eggs were extracted with acetonitrile and then purified by QuEChERS, and finally determined by LC-MS/MS. Results The method showed good linear relationship within the concentration range, with the correlation coefficients greater than 0.993. The recoveries of the method ranged from 68.1% to 104.8% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) of 7.3%-12.8%. The LODs were all 1.0 μg/kg and LOQs were 3.0 μg/kg. Conclusion The method was sensitive, precisive and accurate and it was suitable for the determination of quinolones antibiotics in eggs.
