摘    要:目的 探讨结直肠癌住院患者营养风险的影响因素。 方法 以210例结直肠癌住院患者作为研究对象,收集一般资料、白蛋白、血红蛋白、疼痛评分、KPS评分,采用统计软件分析各因素与患者营养风险状况的相关性。结果 年龄、诊断、BMI、白蛋白、疼痛评分、KPS评分均与营养风险状况显著相关(P<0.05)。Logistic多元回归分析显示年龄、BMI、疼痛评分、KPS评分是营养风险状况的影响因素。结论 结直肠癌患者的年龄、BMI、疼痛评分、KPS评分等因素能直接影响住院患者的营养状况。

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence factors of nutritional risk for inpatients with colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 210 patients with colorectal cancer were enrolled in this study. General information, serum albumin, hemoglobin, pain score and KPS score were collected. The correlation between the factors and nutritional status was analyzed by statistical software. Results Age, diagnosis, BMI, albumin, pain score and KPS score were associated with a significant nutritional risk profile(P<0.05). Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age, BMI, pain score and KPS score are the influence factors of nutritional risk profile. Conclusion For colorectal cancer inpatients, factors such as age, BMI, pain score and KPS score can directly affect their nutritional status.
