大豆异黄酮对代谢综合征患者干预效果的Meta分析

摘    要:目的 研究大豆异黄酮对代谢综合征患者多项指标的影响。方法 检索PubMed、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方医学数据库和重庆维普数据库,搜索有关大豆异黄酮与代谢综合征的随机对照试验。采用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 纳入9项研究,有395例代谢综合征患者参与。Meta分析结果显示大豆异黄酮干预能提高患者高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平[SMD=0.32,95%CI(0.16,0.48),P<0.0001],降低腰围[SMD=-0.56,95%CI(-1.07,-0.04),P=0.0200]、甘油三酯[SMD=-0.56,95%CI(-0.94,-0.18),P=0.0040]、总胆固醇[SMD=-3.39,95%CI(-4.76,-2.01),P<0.0001]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇[SMD=-1.42,95%CI(-2.23,-0.61),P=0.0006]、收缩压[SMD=-0.33,95%CI (-0.51, -0.15),P=0.0004]、舒张压[SMD=-0.28,95%CI (-0.46, -0.10),P=0.0030]及空腹血糖水平[SMD=-1.12,95%CI(-2.02,-0.23),P=0.0100]。结论 大豆异黄酮能够有效改善代谢综合症患者多项指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of soybean isoflavone on patients with metabolic syndrome (MS). [WTHZ]Methods Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) related to soybean isoflavone and metabolic syndrome were searched in PubMed, CNKI, CBM, VIP and WanFang Data. RevMan5.3 software was used in the meta-analysis. [WTHZ]Results 395 MS patients from 9 RCTs were included. The results of mate-analysis showed that soybean isoflavone intervention could improve MS patients with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels [SMD=0.32, 95%CI (0.16, 0.48), P<0.0001], reduce waist circumference [SMD=-0.56, 95%CI (-1.07, -0.04), P=0.0200], triglyceride [SMD=-0.56, 95%CI (-0.94, -0.18), P=0.0040], total cholesterol level [SMD=-3.39, 95%CI (-4.76, -2.01), P<0.0001], low-density lipoprotein cholesterol level [SMD=-1.42, 95%CI (-2.23, -0.61), P=0.0006], systolic blood pressure [SMD=-0.33, 95%CI (-0.51, -0.15), P=0.0004], diastolic blood pressure [SMD=-0.28, 95%CI (-0.46, -0.10), P=0.0030] and fasting plasma glucose level [SMD=-1.12, 95%CI (-2.02, -0.23), P=0.0100]. [WTHZ]Conclusion Soybean isoflavone can effectively improve many indexes of patients with metabolic syndrome.
