贵阳市居家失能老年人生活质量调查及影响因素分析

目的 了解贵阳市居家失能老年人生活质量及影响因素。方法 采用多阶段分层随机抽样方法，应用自行设计的一般资料调查表、日常生活活动能力评定量表(Barthel指数评定量表)、健康调查简表（SF - 36）对贵阳市281名居家失能老年人进行调查。结果 贵阳市居家失能老年人除活力维度外其余维度均低于一般老年人（P＜0.05）；性别、年龄、婚姻、失能时间及主要照顾者对居家失能老年人的生活质量有显著影响（P＜0.05）。结论 贵阳市居家失能老年人生活质量总体较低，在制定老年人保健护理措施时应充分考虑到居家失能老年人的特殊性。

Investigation on quality of life and influencing factors among the living disabled elderly in Guiyang

Objective The aim of this study was to learn about quality of life and influencing factors among the living disabled elderly in Guiyang. Methods A multistage stratified random sampling method was used to investigate 281 disabled elderly in Guiyang urban area. And a questionnaire survey was conducted using the daily living ability(Barthel) and short form health survey(SF-36) to assess the quality of life and its influencing factors. Results Except for dimension of vitality, the rest of disabled elderly were lower than those of the general elderly (P<0.05). Gender, age, marital status, disability and the caring for disabled elderly were found to be the influencing factors of the quality of life(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality of life of the disabled elderly was low in Guiyang. Therefore the specialty of disabled elderly should be taken into account when making the health care related strategies.
