摘    要:目的 就环境内分泌干扰物(Endocrine-disrupting Chemicals,EDCs)在子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMS)发病中的作用及机制研究的进展作一综述,为EMS防治提供科学依据。方法 通过检索PubMed数据库、中国学术文献总库(CNKI)和万方数据库等,并辅以手工检索和文献追溯法,检索近五年有关EDCs暴露与EMS发病风险的相关文献。结果 阅读邻苯二甲酸酯类、二噁英类、多氯联苯类和农用化学品及工业化合物等EDCs暴露与EMS发病风险的相关文献几十余篇。结论 EDCs在EMS发生发展中可能起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective The study aimed to summarize the role of Endocrine-disrupting Chemicals (EDCs) in the development of Endometriosis (EMS), so as to provide scientific evidence for EMS. Methods The systematic search for literature on EDCs exposure and EMS risk in the past five years was conducted through PubMed Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wan Fang Database, and the search was supplement with manual retrieval. Results We read dozens of literatures on EDCs exposure and EMS risk, including phthalates, dioxins, polychlorinated biphenyls, agricultural chemicals and industrial compounds. Conclusion EDCs may play an important role in the development of EMS.
