小子宫阴道式切除术20例临床分析

目的探讨阴道式子宫切除术的适应证及临床应用价值。方法对20例子宫小于12孕周,有手术适应证者行阴道式子宫切除术为观察组,取同期相同条件22例行腹式子宫切除术为对照组。结果两组相比,在手术时间、出血量、并发症方面无差异(P>0.05)。而在术后住院期、使用镇痛药物、恢复时间及体温方面相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论阴道式子宫切除术创伤小,并发症少,术后恢复快,对子宫小于12孕周值得临床推广和应用。

Clinical analysis of 20 patients with little uterus treated by vaginal hysterectomy

Objective To explore the indication and clinical value of vaginal hysterectomy.Methods The total vaginal hysterectomy(TVH) was performed in 20 cases of little uterus (uterus<12 gestational weeks)with operative indication as study group,and total abdominal hysterectomy(THE)in 22 patients as control group.Results The mean time of operation,amount of bleeding and complications were not different between groups.The post-operative time of recovery,the post-operative hospitalization period,and the application of analgesic in two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Colpohysterectomy has benefits of being minimaly invasive with a shorter operating time and a quicker recovery for patients.
