| Abstract: | Chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is seriously detrimental to human health.The understanding of HCV replication process can conduce to the study of HCV pathogenic mechanism.Many studies have shown that HCV replication requires not only self-encoded proteins but also the involvement of host proteins.This review summarizes the impact of several host proteins on HCV replication. |
