体外受精-胚胎移植术后妊娠结局分析

目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术后的妊娠结局。方法回顾性分析我中心1753个IVF周期、妊娠634周期临床资料。结果临床妊娠634周期,妊娠率36·2%,其中宫内妊娠605例,占95·4%;异位妊娠(EP)29例,占4·6%。单胎妊娠492例,占77·6%;多胎妊娠142例,占22·4%。足月分娩451例,其中自然分娩98例(21·7%),剖宫产353例(78·3%);流产89例,流产率14·0%;引产3例,引产率0·5%;正在继续妊娠65例。结论IVF-ET技术给不孕症患者带来了福音,但IVF-ET术后可发生不同程度的流产、异位妊娠、多胎妊娠等并发症。

The Analysis of Pregnancy Outcome after in Vitro Fertilization-embryo Transfer

Objective To analyze the pregnancy outcome after in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods The clinical data of 1 753 cycles and 634 pregnant women after IVF-ET were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 1 753 cycles, there were 634 clinical pregnancies(36.2%),in which 605 intra uterine pregnancies(95.4%) and 29 ectopic pregnancies(4.6%).492 single pregnancies(77.6%) and 142 multiple pregnancies(22.4%).98 normal deliveries(21.7%) and 353 with hysterotokotomy(78.3%) among 451 full term deliveries. 89 miscarriages(14.0%) and 3 induced labors(0.5%);65 on-going pregnancies.Conclusion IVF-ET technology benerfits infertility patients while it may bring the complications of miscarriage ,ectopic pregnancy and multiple pregnancy.
