解毒利水膏联合香菇多糖治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

目的探讨解毒利水膏外敷联合香菇多糖胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法选取癌症晚期合并恶性胸腔积液的确诊病例62例,随机分为联合组34例及对照组28例,对照组在常规治疗基础上予香菇多糖胸腔灌注,联合组在对照组基础上加敷解毒利水膏。利用酶联免疫吸附测定法检测并比较治疗前、治疗2周及4周后患者INF-γ与IL-4的水平。结果联合组总有效率84.37%明显高于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗前2组INF-γ偏低,IL-4偏高,治疗后2组INF-γ均升高,IL-4均下降,且联合组INF-γ升高程度与IL-4下降程度均较对照组明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论解毒利水膏外敷联合香菇多糖胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效明显,在INF-γ与IL-4水平调节方面更加突出,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect analysis of combination treatment of Jiedu Lishui Paste and lentinan on malignant Pleural effusion

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combination treatment of Jiedu Lishui paste and lentinan on malignant pleural effusion. Methods 62 cases MPE were randomly divided into the control group（ 28 cases） and combination group（ 34 cases）. The control group treated with Lentinan only; the combination group was treated with Jiedu Lishui paste based on the control group. The clinical effect of 2 groups were compared,and the serum level of INF-γ and IL-4 of patients with MPE were determined by ELISA. Results The total effective rate of the combination group were 84. 37%,which were higher than 40. 00% of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The levels of INF-γ of the combination group after treatment were higher than before treatment and the levels of IL-4 decline. The extent of the changes were more obvious than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion It is effect for combination treatment of Jiedu Lishui paste and lentinan on malignant pleural effusion,which can be used in clinical.
