丹参注射液对ICM患者血清细胞因子和心功能的影响

目的研究丹参注射液对缺血性心肌病（ischemic cardiomyopathy,ICM）患者血清细胞因子（TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8）和心功能的影响。方法选择缺血性心功能不全患者65例,随机将患者分为对照组（30例）和丹参组（35例）。对照组采用常规治疗,丹参组在常规治疗的基础上,加用丹参注射液40 ml/d,加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml静脉滴注,疗程为15 d。采用免疫分析法测定血清细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8,应用心脏超声仪测心功能指标：左室射血分数。统计学方法：两组间变量用t检验分析。结果两组患者于治疗后血清细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8较治疗前明显下降（P〈0.01）,有统计学意义,丹参组下降更明显与对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,两组患者心功能于治疗前后有所改善,丹参组更加明显（P〈0.01）,差异有显著性。结论丹参注射液可降低血清细胞因子水平,从而抑制炎症反应,抑制心肌纤维化,改善心功能。

Clinical study of Danshen parenteral solution on cytokines and cardiac function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy during heart failure

Objective To study the effects of Danshen solution on cytokines and cardiac function in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy（ICM）.Methods Sixty-five ICM patients with heart failure were randomly divided into 2 groups： control group（n=30） and Danshen treatment group（n=35）.Patients in control group received routine treatment while patients in Danshen treatment group received Danshen solution 40 ml per day by venous injection after routine treatment.The course of treatment was 15 day.Levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）,interleukin-6（IL-6） and interleukin-8（IL-8） were measured by radio-immunological method.Left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） of cardiac function index was assayed by echocardiography.Difference among groups was analyzed by t test.Results Cytokine were lower in both groups after treatment than those before treatment（P〈0.01）.Compared with control group,the decrease of cytokine level in Danshen treatment group had more significant difference（P〈0.01）.LVWF was higher in both groups after treatment than that before treatment（P〈0.05,P〈0.01） and more significant in Danshen treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Danshen solution may decrease the levels of cytokine,which can inhibit inflammatory reaction and myocardial fibrosis,and improve the cardiac function.
