糖尿病与高血压患者基底动脉血流动力学变化的对照

摘    要:应用经颅多普勒超声观察94例糖尿病患者的基底动脉血流动力学变化,并与120例高血压病患者进行了对照。糖尿病组BA的血流增快稍低于MCA;而高血压组BA的血流增快则明显低于MCA。两组相比,唯有糖尿病组BA的血流增快明显高于高血压组。此外,糖尿病组BA的频谱和音频异常率不仅明显高于高血压组的同名动脉,也远远超过同组的MCA和VA。结果表明糖尿病的BA血流紊乱较为常见而且有较高的特异性。对糖尿病和非糖尿病患者的TCD检测有助于及早发现隐性糖尿病,预防糖尿病患者发生脑血管闭塞。

Abstract:The hemodynamic alterations of basilar artery (BA) in 94 diabetic patients was compared with that in 120 hypertensive patients by transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD). The results showed that in diabetic group, the rate of high cerebral blood now velocity in BA.was slightly less than that in MCA; but in hypertensive group,increasing of the now in BA was much less than that in MCA The rate of high flow velocity in BA in diabetic group was significantly higher than that in the control group. In addition, the abnormality of spectrum and audio frequency in the BA of diabetic group was significantly superior not only to the BA of the control group, but also to MCA and VA in the same group. It suggests TCD examination can be used to detect latent diabetes in nondiabetic patients, and to prevent cerebrovascular occlusion in diabetic patients.
