| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨糖尿病的高血脂症与冠心病的相关性。方法：对60例糖尿病高血脂症患（检查组）及54例单纯糖尿病患（对照组）进行活动平板运动试验。结果：检查组运动试验阳性28例，占46.7%；对照组试验阳性14例，占25.9%；检查组阳性率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05)。相关系数计算表明，检查组病程年限及血脂水平升高与运动试验结果呈正相关。结论：糖尿病高血脂症易发生心肌缺血，且机率随患病年限的增长而增多。

| Abstract: | ve: To find out the correlation between hyperlipidemia of diabetes and coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Treadmill testing was performed in 60 diabetes patients with hyperlipidemia (testing group) and 54 diabetes patients without hyperlipidemia (control group). Results: The patients of positive reaction in testing group were 28 (46. 7%) ; those of control group were 14 (25. 9%). There were positive correlation among positive reaction and time of illness(r=0. 817),hyperlipidemia(r = 0. 673). Conclusion:Myocardial ischemia is likely happen in diabetespatients with hyperlipidemia. |
